New paper on epitaxial growth of rare-earth vanadates!

High quality PrVO3 and LaVO3 thin films are grown by ozone MBE, with excellent control of the stoechiometry and deposition process. These exhibit anti-polar motion of the rare-earth cations, which opens new routes to tailor ferroelectricity by design in symmetry-breaking magnetic oxides superlattices.
