Mohammed was a PhD student in the SPIN group. He defended his thesis untitled “Magnetization reversal mechanism leading to all-optical helicity-dependent switching” in 2016. After a Post-doc in the group of Eric E Fullerton at the CMRR (UC-San Diego) Mohammed is now joining the Advanced HAMR Head Technology Team at Western Digital Research Center (San Jose – USA)
